Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your chandelier or décor item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
